In teams of 2:
10 rounds for time (partners alternate movements)
7 wall balls (30/20)
7 KBS (70/53)
7 box jumps (30/24)
7 ring dips
7 front rack lunges (95/65)

Every 6 minutes, run 500m as a team. Teams cannot start working again until both are back from the run.
