Saturday, September 21st Crossfit Workout of the Day

Today we workout to raise awareness about postpartum depression. CC member Teesha experienced it herself, and Crossfit was instrumental in her healing process. Her daughter, Sophia, turned three years old yesterday!

WOD for Sophia

In teams of two…

12 rounds for time:
9 power cleans (135/95)
20 front rack lunges (135/95)
16 wall balls (20/14)
6 KBS (53/35)
6 box jumps (24/20)

Teams will alternate movements throughout.
