No WOD scheduled for today, but the gym will be open from 9a – 12p if you’d like to come in and work on a particular skill, or if you’re just in the area and feel like saying hello.


As a reminder, the gym will be closed Sunday and Monday, but we’re back in training on Tuesday at 6a!


For the rest of the weekend,  for quality and maximum rest:


  • Eat
  • Drink
  • Swim
  • Play
  • Sauna
  • Sleep
