Warm Up

2 rounds:
10/8 calorie ski
10 pass thrus
10 thoracic rotations
10 OHS

Coach’s choice shoulder mobility

Strength

Overhead squat
5×5

Across or ascending

Conditioning

Open Workout 13.5

AMRAP for as long as possible
15 thrusters (100/65)
15 C2B pull ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.

If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes, etc.

Today’s goal is to make it into at least the second 4 minute interval. Choose number of rounds, reps, weight, and/or scaling options that will make that doable for you!
