5 strict chest to bar pull ups
10 burpees
15 squats
30 double unders

Conditioning
Open Workout 16.3
As many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes:
10 power snatches (75/55) (Scaled: 45/35)
3 bar muscle ups (Scaled: 5 jumping C2B pull ups)

Rest 8 minutes

Open Workout 13.2
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes:
5 shoulder to overhead (115/75)
10 deadlifts (115/75)
15 box jumps (24/20)
