7 Toes to bar
7 HR Push Ups
7 Plate Ground to over Head (45/25)
7 Burpees to plate

Scale ring dips w bands or feet on box
Scale box height or step up
Scale TTB w knees to elbows
Or sub w med ball V ups (alt single leg)
