  1. Great to be back after a month away. Took the 5 AM 360. Spent a good amount of time talking myself through the last 7 min WOD.

    “Alright, keep up with Melissa and you’re golden.”
    “Alright, just don’t get lapped by Melissa.”
    “Alright, just don’t get double lapped. That would be embarrassing.”

    I got double lapped.

  2. 17:15 RX weight, knees to elbows. Toes to bar suck and I can’t string them for the life of me.

  3. 19:30 RX. Rack lunges got tough there at the end, but I’ve really been able to string the T2B’s together. Loved that WOD, but admit it was tougher than I thought.

  4. 24:30-something. Got through 2 rounds Rx then had to drop the weight to 55. Scaled k2e. That was a tough one!
