Pistol practice

Strength
Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:
3 Romanian squats + 3 Russian step-ups

Conditioning
Performance
10-minute AMRAP:
15 burpee over bar
30 shoulder to overhead (95/65)
60 double unders

Fitness
10-minute AMRAP:
10 burpees
20 push press
100 single unders
