20 minutes to complete 4 rounds:
2 wall walks (10 push ups)
16 front rack/OH lunges (Right arm up, 40/25)
2 wall walks
16 front rack/OH lunges (Left arm up, 40/25)
2 wall walks
200m run

20 minutes to complete 4 rounds:
5 double KB snatches (44/26)
15 DB deadlifts (50/35)
5 double DB KB snatches
15 DB deadlifts
5 double DB KB snatches
