10 minutes to complete:
50 DB/KB snatches
50 burpees
*Partition reps any way you choose.

Rest 2 minutes

10 minutes to complete:
50 toes to bar/knees to elbows
50 plate ground to overhead
*Partition reps any way you choose.

Rest 2 minutes

10 minutes to complete:
1500m row
*Every 2 minutes, get off the rower and do 20 squats. Workout starts with squats.

Cash out: 100 hollow rocks
