10 DB box step overs (40/25 – 2 DBs)

12 minutes to complete 6 rounds:
10 calorie row
10 plate overhead lunges (45/25)

12 minutes to complete 6 rounds:
10 wall balls (20/14)
10 devil press (35/20)

If you complete the work in under 12 minutes, rest for the remainder of that time frame.
