Mobility: Rest days are meant to recover the body, but unless you’re laying on the couch all day, you still need to be somewhat functional. Here are a few exercises from ACE Fitness to help you improve your mobility and stability for functional movements.
In 40 minutes:
10 rounds for time
6 toes to bar
7 KBS
8 burpee box jumps
Rest 2 minutes
10 rounds for time
6 KB clean & press
7 wall balls
