Thursday, March 2 Workout of the Day

Mobility: March means Spring is coming, and that means more running in our workouts. Believe it or not, you need some significant mobility in order to run correctly and pain free.

In 40 minutes, complete:

7 rounds of:
200m run/250m row/100 double unders or 200 singles
20 KBS
10 DB burpee step ups
10 pull ups
Rest 1 minutes between rounds

Alternate rounds with run, row, & jump rope.
