Warm Up
“Roxanne’s Red Light Special”
Turn on The Police’s “Roxanne” and start doing jumping jacks. Every time you hear “Roxanne” or “red light,” do a burpee!
Part A
18 minute AMRAP
10 handstand push ups*
20 backpack front rack split squats (10/leg)
30 mountain climbers
40 double unders**
*sub hand release push ups
**sub 80 singles or 40 lateral hops if no jump rope
If you have weights, add them for the split squats.
Part B
10 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – :30 hollow rocks
Minute 2 – :30 backpack overhead hold
Use kettlebells/dumbbells for the overhead hold if you have them.
