Mobility: Spring is officially here, which means more running will be incorporated into workouts. Here’s a quick 10 minute mobility routine you can do prior to your run.

18 minutes to complete 2 rounds of:
40 burpees
1k row
Rest 1 minute between rounds

Rest 3 minutes

18 minutes to complete 5 rounds of:
15 sit ups
12 dumbbell deadlifts
9 dumbbell hang squat cleans
6 dumbbell shoulder to overhead
3 manmakers
