Mobility: Nice weather means more time outside! See how you can mobilize your body (especially your sticks!) to better your next run.

On a 40 minute clock, complete the following:

200 double unders/400 singles
100 push ups
50 KB squat cleans
25 toes to bar or toes to rig
500m row or 400m run

Rest 2 minutes

100 DB snatches
75 hollow rocks
50 box jumps
25 DB burpee clusters
500m row or 400m run
