Mobility: When we’re not socializing, relaxing, working or working out, we’re most likely asleep. This is another activity like sitting where we spend a lot of time, and if we’re not in an ideal position, the most restful part of our day can actually be hurting us. KStarr digs into the neck and shoulders when it comes to sleeping.

Warm up
6 minutes:
5 walkouts
10 supermans
10 scap push ups
30 second elbow plank hold

Skill
Handstand work
Level 1: Wall climb to handstand hold or kick up and hold
Level 2: Negatives/strict handstand push ups
Level 3: Deficit hspu or handstand walks

Conditioning
Performance
15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
Pull ups
Pistols
Burpees

Fitness
15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
Jumping pull ups
Goblet squats x 2 or pistol progression
Burpees
