Mobility: Test, mobilize, activate and retest the overhead position before going into strict presses today. It’s important to mobilize then stabilize so you can press correctly.

Warm up
3 rounds of strict “Cindy”:
5 strict pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Strength
Strict press
Performance: 75%, 5×5
Fitness: 5×5, across

Conditioning
Performance
For time:
10 strict ring dips
10 strict pull ups
Max set thrusters (115/75)

Repeat the triplet until you have completed 50 reps of thrusters.

Fitness
For time:
10 push ups
10 jumping pull ups
Max set KB thrusters

Repeat the triplet until you have completed 50 reps of thrusters.
