Back to back days of tough WODs – I love it! Good luck to all…this one kicked my butt!
90 cal all on the skier–RX
KB Press was tougher than I thought it was going to be..
122 cal on rower – RX
KB press was brutal, burpees didnt help!!!
158 cal on the rower – RX for half, RX+ for half
John F. and all other skiers – you had it much worse this AM.
1.5 years into Crossfit and burpees remain the only movement that hasn’t gotten any easier.

Tough one !
I had 9 calories total on the ski erg, but I’m pretty happy with that considering a month ago I could barely finish 10 burpees, let alone 60 as just part of a workout!
