Strength/Skill
Warm up and practice the following movements
3 sets for no time measure
10-15 double Unders
3-4 HSPU’s

Training (Met-Con)
“Thelma and Louise”
In teams of two complete as many rounds as possible.

1 partner begins and goes through the round with the other partner following. You cannot over lap your partner.

Add up individual rounds for combined team score.

  1. “Team Karona” (Karishma and Bronagh)- 19 rounds and a lot of reps… I cant lift my arms up over head…. soooooooo Thanks for that Q!

  2. Partnered with Zach and we did 16 rounds + 180 reps. Those 180 reps are key to making me feel like we actually won. Loved this one James!!

    PS- Team Karona is quite possibly the best team name ever….
