Dynamic Stretches

2 person partner chase
3 rounds of
10 Min AMRAP
200 Meter row
15 KB Swings (53/35) (70/53)
10 OH Alt Lunges (45/25)
5 Burpees to plate

2 Min Rest between rounds
Start each round from the beginning. Try and meet or beat your previous scores.
