  1. So, walking from 85th & 1st over to 85th & York at about 5:45 this morning, a dude blew by me, sprinting while dragging a granny grocery trolley, and my first thought was, “What in the hell kind of WOD…?”

    Anyway, glad we didn’t do a granny grocery trolley workout. 155# strength and 61 burpees.

    95 burpees.. kinda bummed i didn’t get 100.. gonna give it another go when i’m on vacation next week
