Tuesday 2/4/2014 360 Workout of the day

Hey folks, do not be alarmed your fitness will still be constantly varied, while using functional movements performed with high intensity. We are proud to unveil our new 360 programming. It will flow with our CrossFit programming giving you an option for more endurance and midline stability work. Lets face it we can always use more conditioning in both areas.

The workouts will be challenging, varied and most all will be non stop with structured rest that will allow you to push as hard as you can. We have sprinkled them in during the AM hours in different time slots so that everyone can try them as well as give you more options for programming.

    Think our lateral partner passes looked pretty ugly, and definitely felt ugly (at least my side).

    WOD 1 – 151 i think?
    WOD 2 – triple threat with Mel and Linds!!!! I think we did 20 min… same with Damon, our lateral partner passes were… interesting.
