Only got to burpee number 25 of 30. 25# plate, 35# kb. So much sweat.
Finished rounds 50 and 40.. plus 30 jump ropes…

Way to go, Dan, for finishing this, the most horrible of horribles on UES. Got to 30 KB’s.
27.50 completion — but only did double sets of single-unders (100, 80, etc.) — those Burpees were hellacious. Travis was awesome for keeping us going on intervals of 10 with those… my arms are jell-o now.
