Double Unders
Weighted Sit ups
Burpee 2 plate
KB Swings (53/35)

Double up number for singles
Scale # of reps

  1. 27.50 completion — but only did double sets of single-unders (100, 80, etc.) — those Burpees were hellacious. Travis was awesome for keeping us going on intervals of 10 with those… my arms are jell-o now.

    Is it nap time yet?
