Kristen and Kaz got to 800M round – completed 500M and 40 partner sit ups. Best was chosing your own additional modality: Aerobics!
James and I finished right about 34 minutes not sure of exact time. Threw some burpees in till the time cap. Love me some 360!!!!!
Rowed all the way to the beach today.
5:00 AM was capped at 32 minutes, John and I were knocking on the doorstep with 40 sit-ups left on the 800 row segment;

Deanna and I got to the 27th Med Ball Toss after the 800M row segment at the 37min mark. I really didn’t want to get out of bed this morning, but glad I came to the 6am- def need the Beach Bod prep 🙂
