80 Partner Sit up toss w MB (20/14)

400 Meter row
50 Weighted V ups w MB (20/14)

  1. Kristen and Kaz got to 800M round – completed 500M and 40 partner sit ups. Best was chosing your own additional modality: Aerobics!

  2. James and I finished right about 34 minutes not sure of exact time. Threw some burpees in till the time cap. Love me some 360!!!!!

  3. Rowed all the way to the beach today.

    5:00 AM was capped at 32 minutes, John and I were knocking on the doorstep with 40 sit-ups left on the 800 row segment;

    Fun WOD; love me some rowing….

  4. Deanna and I got to the 27th Med Ball Toss after the 800M row segment at the 37min mark. I really didn’t want to get out of bed this morning, but glad I came to the 6am- def need the Beach Bod prep 🙂
