Warm up

Workout 1
2 rounds
In teams of two
45 secs max reps
15 secs rest
-Med Ball Seated tosses (feet off ground)
-Med ball plank pushes
(Push the ball to your opposite hand then to your partner with one hand while holding a plank)
-Med ball Sit up w pass to your partner

Workout 2
In teams of two
“From Russia with love”
Row max Meters for 5 Mins
Then complete the following
Only 1 partner can work at a time, except on the Russian twist. Divide the work up evenly.

80 Burpees
80 Russian Twist w med ball pass
80 russian KB swings (70/53)
80 Double Unders/ Single Unders
60 Burpees
60 Russian Twist w med ball pass
60 Russian KB Swings (70/53)
80 Double Unders/Singles
40 Burpees
40 Russian Twist w med ball pass
40 Russian KB swings (70/53)
80 Double Unders
20 Burpees
20 Russian Twist w med ball pass
