Workout of the day
“21 Jump Street”
6 Rounds
In teams of two
Partner chase
5 Min AMRAP
3 Min Rest between rounds
250 Meter row
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Weighted Sit ups
30 Mountain Climbers
Max Burpees

Score is team number of Burpees

The workout begins, one partner starts the other chases. When the first partner gets to the Burpees they can begin the burpees.

Score is total team # of burpees

AWESOME day at EVF. Way to honor and respect a real life hero such as Lt Michael Murphy. Love the community spirit that we bring each day and today it was magnified. AMAZING.
