  1. Chris and I got through 2 rounds + 17 KB swings. Though I subbed vertical planks (i.e. standing) for some of my “active” rest. I have just recently stopped sweating.

  2. me and miranda did 2 full rounds plusssss 32, i believe 32 KB swings. that active rest.. was. actively abtastic.

    1. Kim and I chose to keep our abs engaged the whole way through. Max had some questionable flutter kicks…

      Icing on the cake for 5am was walking out to witness a very drunk girl just leaving Bailey’s. Priceless.
