  5. 436 reps= (1st Rd. of 5 x 2) + 36 meters on the 2nd 400m row.
    That’s like writing an organic chemistry equation.

    My legs feel like jello from the rowballs between yesterday and today.

    first round through took me 17:09 and in the remaining time i was able to through another ski erg, the 5 rounds and 50 meters into the second row. i almost met pukie.
