Dynamic warm up

Workout of the day
“Monster mash”
In 40 Mins Complete
21-15-9
Wall balls
Burpees

Then

3 rounds
500 meter row
50 Sit ups
30 Plate Ground to over head

Then

4 Rounds
50 Double Unders
50 Mountain Climbers

If you complete the workout before the 40 mins, awesome job. Now you can begin again 🙂

    Got through 294 meters of my 5th round of rowing.

    Columbus Circle had a full class and lots of pep! Great coaching by Travis as always!

  3. Started with doubles and mtn climbers, finished 1 full round and got started on doubles (attempts…)

  4. Its 10 AM, still a little short of breath and that might be blood in my lungs; other than that…..

    1 ful round; throuth 15 wall balls on round #2; second round of burpess looked and felt like walkng dead; 150 singles on rope;

    Good work this AM!

  5. That was awesome!!! 12:30 killed it!! Legs feel like jelly and I could definitely go to bed now and sleep till tomorrow but I loved that!!!
    Finished with just enough time for 5 wall balls before 40 mins were up!
