Perform
10 Rounds of
10 Air Squats
10 Push ups
10 Sit ups
10 Burpees
10 KB Swings

If you complete the ten rounds in the time cap

AMRAP Burpees in remaining time

    Never thought I’d ever do 10 minutes of straight burpees (insert dying face emoji here)
