Mobility: It’s no secret that in order to perform better in the gym, and totally kick butt in life, mobility & stretching should be incorporated into your routine. Tabata Times hits up the top 5 muscles that should be stretched in order to improve your lifts.

2 rounds:

4 minute AMRAP:
20 overhead lunges
10 wall balls

Rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP:
20 double unders/40 singles
10 goblet squats

Rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP:
5 manmakers
10 burpees

Rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP:
5 toes to bar/knees to elbows
10 hand release push ups
