Mobility: A bit of a long read, but very informative for the importance of mobility for endurance athletes.

10 minutes to complete:
5 rounds of
15 KBS
15 burpees

Rest 2 minutes

10 minutes to complete:
800m run
60 air squats
30 pull ups/ring rows
15 DB ground to overhead

Rest 2 minutes

10 minutes to complete:
3 rounds of
75 double unders/150 singles
20 weighted step ups
15 hand release push ups
