Warm Up
3 rounds:
5 pass thrus
10 PVC v-ups
5 scap pull ups + 3 strict pull ups
10 goblet squats
5 snatch grip push press

Workout
Every 3 minutes for 8 rounds:
5 toes to bar
4 pull ups
3 hang power cleans
2 front squats
1 shoulder to overhead

Increase weight each round.
The barbell reps do not have to be unbroken.

Score is heaviest weight achieved.
