Mobility: Mark’s Daily Apple stresses the importance of joint mobility and how you can incorporate it into your programming because let’s face it, we all need it!

Part 1
4 3-minute rounds (1 minute rest in between each round):
20 wall balls
7 pull-ups/ring rows
10 KBS
Max distance row in remaining time

2 minutes rest between workouts

Part 2
4 3-minute rounds (1 minute rest in between each round):
30 overhead lunges
7 push-ups
10 weighted v-ups
Max burpees in remaining time
