Mobility: Take it from the pros of Catalyst Athletics — if you want to go overhead, you need to have some level of mobility. First mobilize, then work on strength and stability.

Warm up
400m run/row/ski

3 rounds:
8 banded pass thrus
8 plate press in superman position
8 hollow rocks
8 good mornings

Strength
Superset
Push press, 4×3
Single-arm dumbbell row, 4×8/arm

Conditioning
4 rounds for time:
5 deadlifts (275/185)
10 KB shoulder to overhead (53/35)
15 KBS (53/35)
