3 3-minute AMRAP rounds (1 minute rest between each AMRAP):
10 one-arm DB snatches (5/arm)
5 burpee box jump overs
5 knees to elbow

Rest 2 minutes

3 3-minute AMRAP rounds (1 minute rest between):
250m row
15 KB sdhp
15 burpees

Rest 2 minutes

3-3-minute AMRAP rounds (1 minute rest between):
20 wall balls
4 wall walks
