Mobility: For all the newbies out there who are being encouraged to develop good habits early (and for some of our veterans), mobilizing is certainly one you want to add to your regiment. A simple article from Daily Burn gets you introduced with some tips as well as basic mobilizations to get you started.

2 5-minute rounds:
500m row
40 DB ground to overhead
Max reps toes to bar/knees to elbows

Rest 3 minutes

2 5-minute rounds:
100 double unders/200 single unders
40 wall balls
Max reps push ups

Rest 3 minutes

2 5-minute rounds:
400m run
40 overhead lunges
Max reps burpees to plate
