12-minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 10 KB/DB snatches
Minute 2 – 12 toes to bar/knees to elbows
Minute 3 – 14 box jumps/step ups

Rest 2 minutes

12-minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 12/10 calorie row
Minute 2 – 12 burpees to plate
Minute 3 – 14 overhead lunges

Rest 2 minutes

12-minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 10 KB sdhp
Minute 2 – 12 wall balls
Minute 3 – 14 sit ups
