Mobility: “Extensive hip mobility will improve your love life (seriously, think about it – hip thrust, range of motion!), your deadlift, your Grok squat, and your posture. If you own a set of hips the ability to traverse their full range of motion will improve your life in many ways.”

18 minutes to complete 10 rounds of:
4 strict pull ups/8 ring rows
7 push ups
12 KB snatches (6/arm)

Rest 2 minutes

18 minutes to complete:
3 rounds of
400m run
40 weighted sit ups
7 dumbbell burpee box step ups

AMRAP in remaining time of:
20 goblet squats
20 hollow rocks
