Strength
Back squat: 5×5
Increase weight 5-10# from last week.

Conditioning
3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute handstand push ups
1 minute DB snatches (50/35)
1 minute row for calories
1 minute KBS (53/35)
1 minute rest
