In 40 minutes …

Part A:
50 burpee box jumps
*Every 2 minutes, perform 20 kettlebell swings.

Part B:
100/80 calorie row
*Every 2 minutes, perform 15 goblet squats.

Part C:
30 manmakers
*Every 2 minutes, perform 50 double unders or 100 singles.

Part D:
75 wall balls
*Every 2 minutes, perform 20 hollow rocks.
