Plate ground to overhead

Rest 2 minutes

MAIN COURSE
16 minute AMRAP with partner
1 person working at a time
50 wall balls
50 med ball sit up passes
100 double unders/200 singles

Rest 1 minute

DESSERT
1000m med ball run as a team
*Pass the ball every 200m
