Mobility: Ever think that texting might be killing you? Well it is if you’re texting in an unorganized fashion. Just like a lift, proper texting positioning requires a stable set up so that you can safely text without hurting yourself.

In 40 minutes, complete

3 rounds of:
500m row
15 devil press*

Rest 2 minutes

27-21-15-9 reps of
Wall balls
Weighted sit ups

Rest 2 minutes

3 rounds of:
400m run
21 KBS
12 pull ups/ring rows

*Devil press = dumbbell burpee + 2-arm dumbbell snatch (no clean & press!)
