15 Air Squats

2 Min Rest

12 Min AMRAP
200 meter run
20 Weighted Sit ups
20 Wall Balls

1 min rest

Then complete before the time runs out

Burpee 2 plate
Plate 2 OH
When done if there is time left, run 400 meters
