2 snatch deadlifts
2 snatch high pulls
2 muscle snatches
2 hang power snatches
2 power snatches

Power snatch: 4×3
Light and fast

For time:
50 medicine ball cleans (20/14)
25 push jerks (115/75)
50 medicine ball cleans

For time:
30 medicine ball cleans
15 push press
30 medicine ball cleans
