5 supine grip strict pull-ups
10 overhead squats

Strength
Performance: Clean pull + hip clean + hang clean
Fitness: Hang power clean + front squat

Conditioning
5 rounds not for time:
16 barbell OH walking lunges
8 GHD sit-ups
10 Romanian deadlifts
12 single arm KB clean and jerks
