Strength

Performance:
Snatch balance + overhead squat
1 complex every 2 minutes for 12 minutes, ascending load

Fitness:
Overhead squat
6×3, across or ascending

Conditioning

Performance/Fitness:
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
5 deadlifts (275/185)
5 bar-facing burpees
15/12 calorie row
